3. Will you pay tax?

Yes, it is your duty to clear the customs and pay tax.

4. How to avoid to pay the tax?

We will declare lower price in shipping invoice, you need to 

contact your local Express company to check the tax rules.

5. If the customs ask for the payment proof, how to do?

You can pay the goods with two orders, one small amount for customs.

6. Can we change the size and color based on the original?

— The size and color can be changed according to your requirement. Please contact us to get more information about the changed inflatables.

7.  May I have my own logo or design for the products?

— Yes, we can print your logos on, and if your logos are not quite complicated, logo printing will be free charge

8. What about the quality control?

— As providing the best quality products to our clients is our aim, this step is very important to our business, our QC will check one by one to confirm every detail of the products is perfect.  

9. How about the package?

— We will use double packing bags for our inflatable product: PVC bag + extra woven bag for shipping and heavy duty carton for the blowers.

10. Can you make my own design? 

— Yes. You can send us your own design photos with detail requirements, then we will send you drawings for confirmation before production.
